Style: Czech Pilsner

Notes: Brewed low and slow with German malt, German Saphir, and Czech Saaz hops.

Tasting: Thirst quenching bitterness with spicy and floral noble hop character and light tangerine on the finish.

Style: Hazy IPA

Notes: Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Chinook, and CTZ

Tasting: Two big hitters in Citra and Mosaic with old school hops Chinook and CTZ come together to give big bold citrus notes. From juicy flesh to lightly bitter pith and fragrant zest this beer is like a carbonated navel orange.

Style: Wet Hop WC IPA

Notes: Brewed with freshly harvested, wet Krush from Perrault Farms, Nectaron, CTZ, and Centennial

Tasting: POG (passion, orange, guava) in West Coast IPA form. Tropical forward with a bit of citrusy undertones. Sustained bitterness and that unmistakable green, wet hop flavor.

Style: Helles Lager

Notes: This is the same recipe as the Gasworks Helles we had when we opened. No major changes, brewed with Grungeist hops.

Tasting: Malt forward light lager. Less bitter and hoppy than Pilsner but still has some light floral and fruity notes hiding behind the honey and biscuit from the malt.

Style: Hazy IPA

Notes: Brewed with Citra, El Dorado, Vista, and Citra Cryo

Tasting: One of our OG beers! Very fruit forward, juicy as they say. Tangerine, pear, and lightly tropical.

Style: Wet Hop Hazy IPA

Notes: Brewed with freshly harvested, wet Azacca from our peeps at Roy Farms, Citra, Mosaic, and NZ Cascade

Tasting: Mango-city! Plus some all parts of the grapefruit flavors as well (flesh, pith, and peel) a bit more bitter than our typical hazy due to the large wet hop addition. 

Style: Brown Ale 

Notes: Madagascar vanilla (classic vanilla, known as the king of vanilla) and Haitian cacao nibs (vanilla, brown sugar, and raisin)

Tasting: Full bodied brown ale, reasonable ABV (5.4%) bringing big flavors of fudge, coffee, caramel, toffee from the malt plus the above notes from vanilla and cacao nibs.

Style: Hazy DIPA

Notes: Citra, Nelson, and Azacca

Tasting: Highest ABV yet (but it won’t be the highest we go…) high ABVs in IPA tend to add a little sweetness which masks bitterness. Notes of orange marmalade, sweet mango, and bright Sauvignon Blanc grapes (think passion fruit, peach, gooseberry)

Style: GF Fruited Sour

Notes: Made with prickly pear, lime, and sea salt.

Tasting: Finally a margarita sour is BACK! Tart but not wicked tart, ya know? If you’re not familiar with prickly pear, it's a bright pink fruit from a cactus, and damn if it ain’t delicious. Tart strawberry, a little earthy, some pear (obviously) and reminiscent of a fruity red wine.

Style: GF Fruited Sour

Notes: Cherry, pineapple, mango, guava, and orange for a blend of tropical fruit with that notable red tint!

Tasting: It’s Hawaiian Punch, but boozy.
